Standards of Business Conduct (UL Solutions Code of Conduct)

We conduct ourselves in accordance with our business practices. These standards inform each UL solution about our obligations to UL solutions, our customers, society, and each other. They apply to all UL solution associations, in every role and in every location.
Our Standards of business conduct cover the areas of legal compliance and ethics. It includes provisions on respect for human rights and fair treatment of employees, compliance with the environment, fair competition and safe workplaces.
Standards of corporate conduct include our integrity tests, which remind all those working for UL solutions to be honest and fair, and to comply with applicable laws and rules.
